These Terms of Service govern the insurance services provided by Garanti Sigorta A.S., operating in Türkiye in accordance with applicable Turkish insurance laws and regulations.
All insurance products are subject to the coverage, limits, exclusions, premiums, and conditions specified in the applicable Insurance Policy and Policy Schedule.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when applying for insurance, making payments, or submitting claims. Material false or misleading information may affect coverage or claims in accordance with applicable law.
Insurance premiums and authorised charges must be paid through payment channels officially designated by the Company. Customers should verify payment instructions before making any payment.
Claims must be submitted with the required supporting documents and will be assessed according to the applicable Insurance Policy and Turkish law. Submission of a claim does not automatically guarantee payment.
The Policyholder may request cancellation subject to the applicable Policy conditions and Turkish law. Any premium refund or outstanding amount will be calculated according to the applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable Turkish data-protection requirements, including Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
These Terms and the related insurance services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any complaint or dispute shall be handled through the procedures specified in the Policy and applicable Turkish legislation.
